PBR Panels 

At Spirco Manufacturing, we manufacture PBR panels in Memphis, TN, to cover roofs and walls. Our premium PBR panels are crafted with precision to ensure maximum performance and aesthetic appeal. 

Our PBR panels are engineered for high durability and functionality. Spirco Manufacturing has perfected the standard PBR steel panel, which is extensively used to cover both roofs and walls.

• Robust Profile: The PBR stands for Purlin Bearing Rib, which provides the panel enhanced support where it rests on the purlins, significantly increasing the structure’s stability and strength. Each panel has 1 1/4″ deep major ribs spaced on 12″ centers, flanked by two minor ribs, offering coverage of 36” (3′-0″) per panel. See the picture above. 

• Material Quality: For roofing, our panels are roll-formed from minimum A792, 26-gauge steel, possessing a minimal yield strength of 80 KSI. The wall panels also maintain the same strength criteria, ensuring uniformity and resilience across the applications. 
• Coating & Finish Options: Our unpainted panels feature AZ55 Galvalume in accordance with ASTM A792 for superior corrosion resistance. Painted panels are treated with AZ50 Galvalume, topped with a 1.0 mil baked-on enamel finish, while the reverse side of the panel includes a protective 0.5 mil wash coat to ensure longevity and aesthetic durability.
